mailed the Restricrion Requirement to the correct address. A first Office Action, dated
December 13, 2004, was also correctly mailed to BLAKELY, SOKOLOFF, TAYLOR &
ZAFFMAN LLP. A copy of the first Office Action is attached as Exhibit C to show that
the PTO mailed the first Office Action to the correct address. Unfortunately, the Final
Office Action, dated July 28, 2005, was not mailed to BLAKELY, SOKOLOFF,
TAYLOR & ZAFFMAN LLP, but was incorrectly mailed by the PTO to Pillsbury
Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. My administrator, Ka±erine Jennings, at BLAKELY,
SOKOLOFF, TAYLOR & ZAFFMAN LLP alerted me to this after she found the Final
Office Action on PAIR on February 14, 2006. A copy of the email (Exhibit D) to show
the date when we discovered the Final Office Action is attached. A copy of the first page
of the Final Office Action (Exhibit E) is also attached to show that the Final Office
Action was mailed by the PTO to the incorrect address.

Applicant would like to thank Examiner Abul K. Azad for the courteous
telephonic interview with Applicant's representative today (February 17, 2006), in which
Examiner Azad suggested that we file this Request to Reset Time Period. In closing,
Applicant respectfully requests that the time period for responding to the Final Office
